Please join us for this year’s festival FRIDAY 20TH TO SUNDAY 22ND OCTOBER 2023
Now in its 19th year, the Dartmouth Food Festival has become one of the top 10 food festivals in the UK, with nearly 25,000 visitors and as such attracts a large number of potential exhibitors. Our priority is to offer our visitors a wide range of the highest quality local, regional and artisan produce so if you feel you can make a positive contribution to our event please apply.
Main criteria for a successful application.
Our exhibitor key criteria of ‘quality, taste and sustainability’ is very influential in how we select our exhibitors. We always look to include quality local, West Country produced, unique, and new producers to offer a balance of variety, fresh offerings. Products or companies from within the South West Locally sourced ingredients where possible
It’s worth noting that we will continue to do our best to welcome back our long standing stall holders. We must also encourage new applicants every year so that our visitors can enjoy a rich diverse and varied festival. Don’t worry if you are not successful this time, you can always apply again next year.

Festival Bar
Open until 8pm on Friday & Saturday, and Sunday until 4pm
Market Square
Saturday 21st October: 10am – 5pm
