Applications to exhibit will open in February 2021

2021 Dartmouth Food Festival – October 22nd to 24th

Now in its 19th year, the Dartmouth Food Festival has become one of the top 10 food festivals in the UK, with nearly 25,000 visitors and as such attracts a large number of potential exhibitors. Our priority is to offer our visitors a wide range of the highest quality local, regional and artisan produce so if you feel you can make a positive contribution to our event please apply.

Main criteria for a successful application are:

  • Products or companies from within the South West
  • Locally sourced ingredients where possible
  • An innovative product with an attractive and eye catching display
  • Use of environmentally-friendly packaging and take-away containers where applicable – please refer to our Plastics & Waste Policy

It’s worth noting that we will continue to do our best to welcome back our long standing stall holders. We must also encourage new applicants every year so that our visitors can enjoy  a rich diverse and varied festival. Don’t worry if you are not successful this time, you can always apply again next year.

Sunday 24th October: 10am – 4pm

Festival Bar
Open until 8pm on Friday & Saturday, and Sunday until 4pm

Market Square
