Your Pitch(es)

We are a predominantly gazebo/marquee based festival due to site space and weight limitations. Pitch sizes are as follows:

Artisan Market Square - Pitch in the covered Historic Market Square which is located in the Victoria Road Area. These pitches are a mix of stand-alone covered pitches and Butter Market pitches- which includes a 6’x2.6’ fixed table, and are AVAILABLE AS 2 DAY PITCHES ONLY (Saturday and Sunday)

Boat Float Retail- Covered pitch in the DFF marquee around the Boat Float Area, in front of the Royal Castle Hotel. These are 3 Day Pitches (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and are a standard 3m x 3m

South Embankment Retail - Covered pitch in one of the 3 DFF marquees on the South Embankment. These are 3 Day Pitches (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and are strictly sized at 3m frontage x 2m deep only

Royal Avenue Gardens Catering – These are 3 day pitches (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), with a mix of own gazebo pitches and spaces in our own DFF marquees. They are strictly a standard 3m x 3m size

Electricity is not provided continuously for 24 hours due to the noise from the generators in residential areas but will be available during opening hours.

Do you require a power supply for a retail pitch @ £55 per supply

For phones, payment terminals or lights only. Excludes refrigeration.

Do you require a Power supply for a Retail Pitch including refrigeration @ £110 per supply?

We will require at a later stage a full list of your equipment with associated amperage requirements. Please note: Small fridges/chiller units that can fit within your pitch size are encouraged, rather than large units.

Do you require a Power supply for a Catering Pitch @ £250 per supply?

We will require at a later stage a full list of your equipment with associated amperage requirements. Please note: Electricity is not provided continuously for 24 hours due to the noise from the generators in residential areas but will be available during opening hours.

Please indicate whether you would like to apply for a parking space @ £24 per day? (Note: Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis, on deposit payment). What days do you require a parking space for?

Note: parking spaces are extremely limited and allocated to us by South Hams District Council, we only pass on the exact cost and do not profit from the allocation of parking spaces. We allocate spaces on a first come, first serve basis, on the payment of your pitch deposit).

Dartmouth Food Festival Plastics Policy

I can confirm that in line with the Dartmouth Food Festival Plastics Policy: I/We will NOT be using any single-use plastic serveware, e.g. glasses I/We will NOT be using any single use plastic bags I/We will NOT be using any single plastic sachets of sauces, sugar or salt and pepper I/We will NOT be using any plastic straws I/We will NOT be selling any drinks (including water) in plastic bottles

Payment Terms

Acceptance of Payment terms to proceed with Application, if successful*

Once your application has been reviewed, and if you are selected, a 30% non-refundable deposit will be required to be paid by Saturday 31st May 2026, and the remaining 70% balance for the pitch and any extras will be due by Thursday 31st July 2026. Please tick here to confirm you agree:
