Charlotte Pike started Field & Fork School in 2015 to create a completely new kind of practical food education. We are a pop-up cookery school, aiming to create an immersive, transformative experience for everyone who visits us. We want to change lives through food, and we operate as a social enterprise. We want to inspire and provoke thought, and share knowledge and ideas. We offer something completely new, different and inclusive and we are working towards building a permanent home for our work.
We run pop-up and online cookery classes designed to offer you the skills you need to get cooking fantastic, fresh and frugal food from scratch for you and your family at a fair and accessible price. We introduce participants to fantastic ingredients, and explore the origins of our food, whilst think about food sourcing and sustainability in a fun and creative way.
