There are few foods that need to be eaten fresher than sushi and the best way to do that is to make your own. We can’t make you into an Itamae-san (master sushi chef) in just one hour, but you will learn about the key ingredients and techniques needed to make your own nigiri sushi and makirolls. You will leave with all the essential skills and a tray of your own creations to enjoy
