FRESH PASTA MAKING

Learn to make fresh pasta from scratch–mixing, kneading and rolling the dough and then turning it into delicious fettucini, ravioli and tortellini. You will learn all of the tricks and techniques for making perfect pasta and authentic sauces. Then after trying some of the creations you will take away a bag of your own pasta.
