You will find your name and allocated start time on the letter you will receive two weeks prior to the event: or contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please make a note of your start time; and
- To aid the smooth running of the event, we ask you to stick to the time allocated
If you are no longer able to take part, please email email@example.com Unfortunately there will be no refunds for cancellations unless we have to call off the event for reasons beyond our control.
