Meet the presenters

Luca Berardino

Chef

Born in Paris to Italian parents and trained in the UK, Luca Berardino merely has to retrace his roots to find inspiration for the modern European menus of his Dartmouth restaurant. Named after the Puglian town of his ancestors, The multi award winning Andria is where the talented chef turns his memories and food experiences into unconventional Humble tasting menus and a daily line‑up of carefully crafted small plates. Presentation is clean, simple and designed to let bold flavours shine.

Ben Tonks

Ben re joined Jake at the Seahorse where he cooks for clients in the Cantina, the private room at the seahorse and alongside Jake in the main Kitchen.
