Recipe by Salcombe Gin
Quite simply, the ultimate espresso martini! Made with Salcombe Gin’s ‘30 Bean’ coffee gin
Ingredients
- 40ml coffee gin
- 25ml Mozart Dark chocolate liqueur (chocolate)
- 20ml vanilla sugar syrup
- 50ml coffee
- 2 drops of foaming bitters
Method
Chill martini glass on bar top
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the shaker is frosted
Double strain into martini glass
Using chocolate powder create a flower garnish and finish with 3 coffee beans
