Why we need your support
“The Dartmouth Food Festival is run on a ‘not for profit’ basis, enabling us to put back what we can into the local community. It’s only with your financial support, volunteering and generosity, that we continue to be able to fund our wonderful 3 day event. We regularly attract over 20,000 people to our small town which in turn generates a substantial income into our economy. We carefully select over 100 artisan food producers and leading food influencers, to offer visitors a unique selection of the very best food that the South West has to offer. Our mantra is to support all local small businesses.”
We are grateful for any annual donations, but the majority of our existing Friends contribute £50.00 each. If you felt able to give more, then that would be hugely appreciated. Becoming a Festival Friend gives you access to the following:
- Invitation to join all supporters at a wine and tapas reception prior to the Food Festival October Weekend
- Advance knowledge of events which often sell out
- Priority waiting list
- Regular Food Festival Newsletter
- Knowledge that you are involved in keeping this event within the Dartmouth calendar that supports our local community and traders within the South West
