Namoh Curry Sauce

Ankur Biswas, founder of this family business, prepares Namoh Curry Sauce with local and imported ingredients. The recipe is originated from his grandmother which, inturn, was passed onto him by his mother.

Namoh Curry Sauce has travelled around the world and has been served in several top end restaurant and hotels worldwide.  Ankur has adapted the sauce with advice from experienced technicians that helped him turn an idea and creation into reality; which was getting it into a jar without loosing it’s authentic flavour.  It also comes dairy and gluten free while still successfully retaining the authentic flavour, viscosity, texture and sustainability.
