Eat Your Words Programme Co-ordinator

Always fond of good food and wine but professionally aware of the need for healthy eating, Craig has, since retiring from a medical career, become a lobster fisherman, a sourdough bread baker and a slow food enthusiast.

Through organising the Eat Your Words programme he has become interested in the way food is produced, distributed and sold but also unfortunately wasted.

Reducing waste, adapting to a lower meat diet and reducing the carbon footprint of feeding ourselves are the really big questions for the future that DFF aims to explore.
