After travelling and working worldwide with leading hotels of the world as Head Chef, I moved to Dartmouth in 2013 and started working with a local hotel Royal Castle Hotel. I currently lead the catering team at the prestigious Britannia Royal Naval College as Head Chef.

I was given an opportunity by Dartmouth Food Festival in 2017 for food presentation at Local Heroes and Namoh Curry Sauce was born. Now we have 3 different Award winning flavours supplying locally in West country.

We love Dartmouth and surrounding areas and would like to contribute as much as we can towards Dartmouth and Dartmouth Food Festival committee.
