Lunch with Riverford

Join The Riverford Field Kitchen for a root-to-shoot vegetarian lunch at this years festival, hosted by Riverford founder, Guy Singh-Watson and cooked by Head Chef, Lewis Glanvill.  Using the finest seasonal, organic veg, fresh from the Riverford farm, they'll showcase how to create an inspiring and tasty menu that minimises food waste by using as much of the vegetable as possible.

You’ll be treated to a five-dish menu, showing just what’s possible when you make veg the star of the plate. 

We think great food tastes even better when you enjoy it with other people, so guests will share tables with fellow diners, true to the unique Riverford Field Kitchen dining experience.

There are no starters and no mains; instead, we bring dishes to your table in one long flow – a set menu celebrating the freshest seasonal produce from our fields.

A cash bar selling  wine and soft drink will be available.
