Eat Your Words: The National Food Strategy 2020

With Henry Dimbleby, Co-founder Leon Restaurants, Chair of the Sustainable Restaurant Association and Non-executive Director, Dept of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

Throughout 2019 a team from DEFRA is discussing a sustainable food strategy for the future with stakeholders across the industry, with public health experts and with the general public. Henry will be sharing initial plans with the audience and listening to the views of the public.
