Philip Watts

Philip Watts of Philip’s Food has lived and cooked in the South Hams of Devon since 1974. This is the heartland of beautiful food and he is proud to have been a driving force in the Westcountry food renaissance movement of the past 30 years. 

Being the founder of Dartmouth Smokehouse, chairman of South Hams Food and Drink Association, a director of Taste of the West and Banqueting director of Powderham Castle has proven invaluable experience on his journey through four decades of culinary skills and event management.

He now has a smaller and more personal catering and party planning centralized in and around Dartmouth.
