Greg Turner


Greg joined Fifteen Cornwall in July 2018 as the Assistant Sommelier. Before moving to Cornwall, Greg had spent his post university years working in hospitality in York and seeing as much of the world as possible. Wine became more of a focus to Greg after a yearlong trip in a van around Spain. His hospitality experience ranges from busy late night cocktail bars, to Michelin starred country pubs, and he has also worked as a brewer and distiller at Atlantic Brewery in Newquay.
As a sommelier, Greg believes that the wine world should be made more approachable to a wider range of people. Although wine is a complex blend of history, science, geography and art all rolled into one, most importantly it is a drink that brings people together.
