Always fond of good food, wine and healthy eating Craig has, since retiring, become a lobster fisherman, a sourdough bread baker and a slow food enthusiast. He has also become interested in the way food is produced and sold, and unfortunately sometimes wasted, and how we will feed ourselves in the future.  It is after all one of the really big questions in C21st!!
