Charlotte Pike

Charlotte Pike is an award-winning cookery writer, cookery teacher and chef.

Charlotte is the author of five cookery books, which include SMOKED, FERMENTED, and the The Hungry Student Cookbook series. She currently holds the role of Vice Chair of the Guild of Food Writers. Charlotte’s recipes are simple, delicious and really work. Always keen to share her knowledge, Charlotte’s writing aims to inform and clearly instruct.

In addition to her cookery writing, she also works as one of the UK's leading Independent cookery teachers, and is the Founder and Director of Field & Fork School.

Charlotte also runs a hugely popular catering service, Charlotte's Kitchen, cooking for parties, weddings and events all over the UK and abroad.
