As well as great food in the exhibitor marquees here are some other ideas of where you can eat at the Festival:

Tapas and Wine at Browns : On the Friday and Saturday evenings of the Food Festival Browns Hotel, will be offering a selection of seasonal tapas with an accompanying wine menu that explores the best of new Spanish wines. Cost is £35 per head (not including wine) and to book a table (essential) contact Browns on 01803 832572.

Royal Castle Hotel : On the Friday and Saturday evenings of the Food Festival join the Royal Castle Hotel for a special festival dinner using local and seasonal produce in their AA rosette river view Grill Room Restaurant. Japanese Rustic Supper at Café Alf Resco : The Miso Tree are teaming up with Café Alf Resco to bring you an evening of Japanese cuisine. Contact Café Alf Resco directly for more information and to book your table: 01803 835880.  

Other things not to miss around town:

Sit back and relax and let some of our local musicians entertain you while you browse the fabulous food and drink stalls in the Old Market Square: musicians sponsored by Dart to Mouth Deli. 

Look out for the Dartmouth Butchers crew who will be handing out samples of their delicious home-made sausages in town. To buy some pop along to their shop on Victoria Road. 

Drop into Peppers World Foods on the Butterwalk. Huge supporters of the Food Festival they will have some special offers for you over the weekend. 

Annual Coast and Country Cottages Competition: For a chance to win a £500 holiday voucher plus an amazing array of prizes from one of our Festival Sponsors visit the Coast and Country Cottages marquee in the Royal Avenue Gardens and enter the draw or visit their website - it’s as simple as that. Guess the mystery flavour ice-cream: now an annual event : pop along to the Dartmouth Ice Cream vintage-style bike in the Market Square marquee on Saturday and Sunday and see if you can guess their mystery flavour.
