A beginner's guide to fermenting with food writer Charlotte Pike who will be showing you how to incorporate fermented foods into everyday eating with delicious recipes that are easily achievable at home.

An introduction to unique new flavours as well as traditional fermented vegetables.

Taking place in the Royal Avenue Gardens our workshops have once again been organised and sponsored by Manna from Devon Cooking School.
