This year's feast will be hosted by Pickle Shack, who will tantalise your taste buds with an evening of wonderful food using the wealth of fantastic produce in the local South Hams area.

The Pickle Shack food mixes traditional, local ingredients with modern cooking techniques giving their food a special flair!

There will be a drink on arrival and music to dance the night away.....

To Start...

Fresh baked rye bread and beetroot butter

Smoked mackerel pâté, cauliflower purée and pickled cauliflower with a seaweed cracker 

Main Course...

Slow cooked lamb shoulder with minted onion milk, watercress and a herby mustard crumb 

Sumac roasted aubergine with minted onion milk, watercress and a herby mustard crumb (Vegetarian option) 

Served alongside bowls of wilted cavelo nero and cumin roasted heritage carrots, platters of potato fondants and jugs of beef bone jus 

Dessert...

Dark chocolate cremeux, chocolate crumb, roasted plum and a cacao tuile with chocolate oil
