Oliver Rowe

Oliver is a chef and author whose work focuses on seasonal food.

He is passionate about local sourcing and it has been an important theme in his projects over the years, both for the seasonality it entails and the narrative it brings to the food he cooks.

Oliver is known for having run Konstam and Konstam at the Prince Albert, the former his legendary café in London's King's Cross, the latter his ultra-local restaurant that featured on BBC2's The Urban Chef.

He now works on a variety of food projects, including residencies, demos, pop-ups and a monthly seasonal supper club at the London Cooking Project in Battersea. Oliver is also a food stylist whose work has appeared in many publications including The Guardian and The Sunday Times

His book, Food for All Seasons (Faber, 2016) - a personal and informative wander through the food year - has been shortlisted for the Guild of Food Writers 2017 Award in the British Food category.
